We source from small farms and cooperatives that grow exceptional coffee with care. We roast in small batches so what you receive is fresh. We keep the process simple: excellent green coffee beans, careful roasting, fantastic coffee.

Our coffees are selected for compounds that support good health and for the absence of harmful substances such as pesticides and mold. These special small lot coffees bring out the vast array of flavors that the coffee cherry is capable of expressing from its varietal and terroir. The goal is a singularly incredible cup of coffee.

This project grew out of a personal recovery, when a single daily coffee became a small but reliable source of hope. That experience still shapes how we choose and roast every coffee we offer.
